Purchases

Refund and Return Policy

  • Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations cannot be made once we have initiated production of your order.
  • Our products are tailor-made and bespoke to individual specifications; therefore, returns of unwanted items are not accepted.
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@clanscape.scot with supporting evidence for support. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect recipient's address, we will contact you to clarify the correct address before reshipping at your cost.
  • Clanscape cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to addresses incorrectly provided by the customer. If a package is not returned and is delivered to the wrong address, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.

Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, offering a range of options to fit different budgets and timeframes.
  • Our products are made to order using partner printing facilities in various countries, this helps to localise production, reduce environmental impact, and ensure faster delivery.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect recipient's address, we will contact you to clarify the correct address before reshipping at your cost.

Production and Delivery Times

  • Production times vary depending on the product and the manufacturing facility. Most of our products are produced within 24-48 hours.

    • USA: Photo Prints (24-72 hours), Framed & Mounted Photo Prints (96 hours)

Ownership/Use of Content

  • All images and content on Clanscape are copyrighted property of Clanscape.
  • No reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works without express written consent.

  • Clanscape is not liable for any customer claims concerning intellectual property violations due to resemblance of clan symbols or any other elements in our artwork.
