Refund policy

• Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations cannot be made once we have initiated production of your order.
• Our products are tailor-made and bespoke to individual specifications; therefore, returns of unwanted items are not accepted.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@clanscape.scot with supporting evidence for us to help you. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect recipient's address, we will contact you to clarify the correct address before reshipping at your cost.
• Clanscape cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to addresses incorrectly provided by the customer. If a package is not returned and is delivered to the wrong address, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.
